The Meriva Collection by Ellington Properties is a low-density beachfront destination set on Island B of Dubai Islands, and the developer’s first move into hospitality-led residential living. Composed of six architecturally distinct buildings ranging from G+2 to G+20, the project brings together 903 residences in its first phase alongside a dedicated on-site Ellington Hotel, creating a self-contained coastal community where living, staying, and resort-style experience flow into one another.
