Binghatti Skyflame is conceived as Majan’s defining resort-inspired address, a twin-tower composition that translates Binghatti’s signature architectural language into something quieter, more layered, and more lifestyle-led. Where the brand is known for bold facades and sculpted geometry, Skyflame leans into terraced volumes, generous ceiling heights of 3.25 metres, and a vertical rhythm shaped by light, shade, and outdoor living. The result is a development that feels less like a typical mid-market high-rise and more like an elevated retreat positioned on the edge of the city.

The project’s design philosophy revolves around the idea of a contained personal horizon, the comfort and privacy of a villa, set within the presence and skyline views of a tower. With private pool terraces written into select residences and over twenty lifestyle amenities woven across podium and sky-level zones, Skyflame redefines what an apartment in Majan can offer at this price point.

Design Philosophy

Binghatti Skyflame moves the brand into a softer, more refined register. Where Binghatti’s earlier work is defined by sharp geometry and bold facades, Skyflame leans into rhythm, terraces, and depth, a vertical composition built around the play of light, shadow, and open air. The two towers rise with a sense of motion, layered volumes stepping skyward, each level shaped to feel less like an apartment block and more like a private elevation of its own.

Inside, the experience is built around space, calm, and material weight. Ceiling heights of 3.25 metres open the interiors generously, while full-height glazing pulls light deep into every residence. Finishes are deliberately tactile, feature marble, travertine stone, natural wood, mirrored surfaces, mesh glass, bronze metal detailing, and leather padding, chosen not for show, but for the way they age, soften, and settle into a home over time.

The Residences

Skyflame is composed of a thoughtfully edited mix of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, and a small collection of two-bedroom royal suites positioned within the upper levels of the towers. The intention is to range without dilution, every layout, from the most compact studio to the most generous suite, designed with the same attention to flow, proportion, and natural light.

The defining detail is the private pool terraces written into select residences, a feature usually reserved for branded penthouses, here built into the language of the building itself. Living spaces open onto wide balconies, kitchens are integrated into the main volume rather than tucked away, and bedrooms are positioned to hold their privacy without sacrificing view. The result is a home that feels considered at every scale, not just at the front door.
