Waves Investments & Properties (L.L.C) is seeking a dynamic and professional Real Estate Broker to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate and manage clients’ leads through various channels.
– Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
– Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
– Develop and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a steady pipeline of listings and clients.
– Conduct property showings, open houses, and site inspections.
– Negotiate and prepare contracts and closing statements.
– Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations of the UAE.
– Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and potential clients.
– Maintain latest updates on the real estate market trends.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE real property laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus but not essential.
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Ability to communicate professionally in English (read/write/speak). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
